This guy was great. You can tell he's been doing this for a long time and is a straight shooter. He's not going to fluff things up for you and won't let anybody else fluff you up either! He'll tell you the truth about what you're looking at, and He'll even tell you when it's just something that he has to tell you because it's part of his job! I definitely appreciated his insight and experience.

We already had an inspection report provided for a home that we were interested in purchasing, but it wasn’t thorough and missing important aspects of the home, like the foundation. We placed a new order with Lloyd at LLB and received an in depth report. The inspection was out there for HOURS investigating every nook and cranny.
Lloyd and his team were responsive and reliable. If I need an inspection in the future, l’ll be calling them again!
